In-Person Therapy in Fort Collins & Online Throughout Colorado
Life can be complicated, and sometimes it feels like you're juggling more than you can comfortably carry. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship challenges, past experiences that still affect you, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you make sense of what's going on and figure out what comes next.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe therapy should be a space where you can speak openly, explore what's happening beneath the surface, and get honest feedback without feeling judged. We'll work together to better understand your patterns, navigate challenges, and find ways to move forward that actually make sense for your life.
You don't have to be in crisis or have everything figured out to benefit from therapy. Sometimes you just need a space that's entirely yours to process, reflect, and make meaningful changes.
Therapy for Anxiety & Depression in Fort Collins
Anxiety and depression don't always look the way people expect. Sometimes it's constant overthinking, difficulty relaxing, feeling overwhelmed by everyday responsibilities, or struggling to find motivation for things you used to enjoy. You might look like you have everything together on the outside while feeling completely exhausted on the inside.
In therapy, we'll explore what's contributing to how you're feeling, identify patterns that might be keeping you stuck, and develop practical ways to manage difficult emotions. My approach goes beyond simply teaching coping skills. I want to help you better understand yourself, build confidence in your ability to navigate challenges, and create meaningful changes in your everyday life.
Navigating Perimenopause & Menopause Therapy
Let's be real, menopause and hormonal changes can be a total pain in the ass.
Between the hot flashes, night sweats, crappy sleep, brain fog, and changes in your mood, energy, or sex drive, sometimes you barely recognize yourself. And that's before we even get into how these changes can affect your relationships, confidence, and mental health.
For some, perimenopause and menopause are gradual transitions. For others, they show up years earlier than expected or happen suddenly after surgery or medical treatment. There's a lot that can come with these changes, including frustration, grief, and feeling like you didn't get much of a say in what happened to your body.
Trauma Therapy for PTSD & Complex PTSD
Trauma doesn't always come from a single event. Sometimes it's the result of years of difficult relationships, unpredictable environments, emotional neglect, or experiences that left you feeling unsafe or powerless.
You might notice yourself constantly anticipating what could go wrong, struggling to trust others, feeling disconnected from your emotions, or reacting to situations in ways you don't fully understand. These responses often develop as ways of protecting yourself, even when they're no longer serving you.
I use approaches including EMDR and other evidence-based trauma therapies to help you process difficult experiences, understand how the past may be affecting your present, and develop a greater sense of safety and control in your life. We'll move at a pace that respects your needs and readiness.
Self-Worth, Boundaries & Relationships
Do you find yourself putting everyone else's needs ahead of your own? Maybe you struggle to set boundaries, constantly question your decisions, or feel responsible for other people's emotions. You might recognize these patterns but still find it difficult to change them.
Therapy can help you understand where these patterns developed and how they're affecting your relationships and sense of self. We'll explore people-pleasing, perfectionism, self-criticism, relationship dynamics, and the expectations you've learned to place on yourself.
My goal isn't to help you become an entirely different person. It's to help you feel more confident in who you are, recognize what you need, and build relationships that feel healthier and more balanced.

Living with chronic pain or illness can affect so much more than your physical health. I specialize in supporting people navigating conditions like endometriosis, POTS, EDS, chronic migraines, and persistent pain, including the emotional impact of medical trauma, uncertainty, and feeling misunderstood.
Together, we'll work toward improving your quality of life while recognizing that your physical symptoms are real and deserve to be taken seriously.
Therapy should be a space where you can be fully yourself without having to explain or defend your identity. I provide LGBTQ+ affirming therapy for adults navigating identity, coming out, relationships, family dynamics, anxiety, and life transitions.
Whether you're seeking support specifically related to your identity or something entirely different, my goal is to offer a welcoming, affirming space where you feel understood and supported.
