Affirming Therapy Rooted in Respect and Understanding

As a licensed therapist, I aim to offer a space where you can explore your identity and talk openly about your experiences at your own pace.

Whether you are navigating a transition, exploring who you are, or simply looking for support that feels respectful and affirming, I work collaboratively with you to understand what you need and what feels most supportive.

LGBTQ mental health is shaped by more than individual symptoms. It is also influenced by family dynamics, cultural expectations, identity related stress, and how safe or unsafe the world has felt over time. My approach is affirming, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that your identity is not something to fix, but something to support with care, context, and respect.
